Gym Speciality is Dark-Type obviously. Gym Format is Fortune Battles which if you don't know appeared in PBR and is basically play Roulette to pick your team between yours and your opponent's Pokemon.
Pokemon would typically use risky moves aside from Snarl which all but the Cacturne Line and Corphish would know, so moves with low accuracy but pretty devastating effects or status moves to maximize damage output.
Gym would be laid out like a casino, to reach the Gym Leader you'd have to earn enough credit by playing different minigames, you can boost your credit by battling the Gym Trainers or just ignore them and rack up the points through the minigames.
