User dupes the target, delaying all of their status moves (including healing) by 1-2 turns.
Niche move, but it's distributed decently among Dark types and helps shut down stall teams. I'll admit I'm not well-versed in the meta, so this might be ludicrously OP.

Dark, Special, 60 BP, 100% Acc
User blinds the target with malevolent energy, then strikes them while they're vulnerable. 30% chance to flinch.
Intended to be a special alternative to Bite, notably for Hondour and Zorua. There's only like, 4 total special moves for Dark types in particular, so I tried to make one up that wouldn't be necessarily too op.
Jumpscare (+1)
Dark, Special, 40 BP, 100% Acc
User sneaks up and spooks the target, scaring them stiff. Fails if used after the first turn the user is on the field.
Just a special Dark type version of Fake Out. Distributed among Dark, Ghost, and a few Fairy type Pokemon.
I think flinch as a status effect should be more present in Dark/Ghost movepools, simply because it seems typical of both those types to catch others off-guard.
