Bilebloat Breloom. Its toxic spores are produce too fast due to a rare mutation, and they flow off of it constantly in a thick paste. It doesn't move unless it has to due to discomfort, and leverages both the new incredibly heavy cap and toxic slurry discharge in battle
Dunno what its ability would be honestly, could keep Effect Spore or it could get an OC ability like Bloodmoon did.
