Tierno is the only character of the Kalos rivals that has literally zero memorability or backstory. He's like a character from Gen 7 or 8, just a walking caricature of "dancing fatfuck haha funny" they could have at least cared to give him an interaction in the PR Studio or something to have him give some meaningless flavor text to justify his character like the rest of the rivals but nope, he's just as shallow as any of the trial captains or rivals in Alola and Galar.
He is living proof that the downfall started in Gen 6. He is everything wrong with the games that came after ORAS.
