>>23364911On my first play through of ruby I saw a little island when i was traveling on route 110, around where you fight your rival for the first time,and for whatever reason i thought it was latias, so i tried everything, and talked to everyone in every town to see how to travel across water, but i just couldn't get to it, so i gave up, and then continued with the game, and then found surf, and it turned out to just be a super potion or some garbage.
