How viable are the RPGmaker bases for making a hack? I've been wanting to do a hack for a while but I wanted to reprogram the battle system extensively. I looked into how to do this in a real hack and noped the fuck out of there when it looked like even doing a simple variable assignment would take like 3 lines and putting shit into and out of a stack. I'm not too familiar with RPGmaker but anything has to be better than that. Are there any notable hacks made with it?
