This explains, why it's called Ever Grand City, why it's on a mountaintop, why its population is so small for a city, why the E4 rarely ventures outside of it, the flower on Phoebe's hair (see pic), and all their type specialties. Anybody who read the book or saw the movie can make the connection but I some early concept art would really drive home the idea.
