And Ayumu's journey went:
>Start at 13, 1 year before the events of Gen4>Takes 1 year and some to make his way down the Region (i.e. he does the GYM Challenge backwards, but Ice is still the last)>Because of Team Galactic shenanigans, take almost another year to go back up (freezes a lot of grunts for the police to find, but doesn't involve himself further)>At 15, goes through the Region again trying to find Giratina (ends up with the Griseous Orb)>At 16, goes to Johto (through the Sinjoh Ruins)At this point any of the game events in PokéJapan are long over.
