I'm referring to those who claim only Gen 6-8 lean heavily on Kanto for their identity and that Sinnoh has "very little in the way of Kanto-ness." In fact Sinnoh leans really hard on the Kanto cave/rock smash mons for its identity, while the majority of new Sinnoh mons are mostly locked behind gimmicks like Honey Trees or can only be found in one area or at a particular day/time.
