Lead Thundurus is legit, but Thundurus-I runs a similar set better since Prankster Taunt/ TWave is just so damn good.
Gothitelle is a great Pokemon, but I can't see it doing anything for your team. You should generall use it to trap and eliminate specifc walls so something else can sweep, but nothing on your team really benefits from the removal of anything your current Gothitelle set beats. Replace it with whatever.
Your Heatran wants a different nature. You might also want to run pretty much anything over Dark Pulse (consider HP Ice or Fireblast) and Rock Slide over Ancient Power (it still beats Talonflame and actually does damage to Volcarona after Quiver Dance).
