Completely changed my base up recently. I was originally going for a secret cult vibe and I'd still like to do it eventually, but for now I have kind of a museum/antique shop theme going on.
You'll need Rock Smash to enter. Fastest way to get to it is to fly to the Meteor Falls fly point, head east up the stairs and cross the giant crater, down the stairs to the southeast, then north until you see a base hidden behind three smashable rocks.
