Ruby and Saphire should be in the old tier there isn't much to do in them, ORAS are actually much better than them.
Emerald and FR/LF aren't on par with Platinium.
They should be in a "good tier".
XY should honestly be in "Meh" as they suffer from the same extremely linear region, just like S/M they have pretty much no content besides the main story, they are the easiest game in the series and the character design and overall story is atrocious.
