Getting every single Pokémon to level 100 with competitive movesets is only doable in this romhack.
Then you can just trade it to the vanilla GSC or Stadium. You really get to build your dream team in Crystal Clear.
I loved how they incorporated the legendaries with proper mini-quests that make sense.
Clearly a lot of soul and passion went into this.
