None of this is hard to do or even that time consuming if you know what you're doing. IVs are easy to breed for since its easy to get good IV pokemon, wondertrade, safari zone and just asking for one from pokemon community forums.
EVs has never been easier, you go to a horde with pokemon that have pokerus and a power item on and you're done in minutes. The only con in this is some moron at gamefreak thought it was a good idea to cancel out sweet scent's effect in rain.
The only thing that could arguably take some time is natures if you don't already have the right one.
Overall, stop bitching and learn the system, shit is not hard to do or time consuming, you want to battle without the training part? Just play a damn simulator or pokegen you casual.
