Considering that Draco Meteor is gone and Outrage and Crunch are now special moves, this is probably what his set would be. He'd probably go back to his mixed wall-breaking roots in gen 3. Luckily he still gets Superpower and Earthquake, two other great coverage moves.
He'd probably do a lot better considering Brick Break is the most commonly used fighting move in Gen 3, and would probably be a more commonly used dragon, maybe up there with Salamence. I'd put him in OU for sure at least.
