I know this board adores Rayquaza, but for me, it's Dialga as the best legendary. Cool typing, cool dinosaur looks, and Roar of Time is without question the most badass fucking move in the entire series. And there're some details to its design that I don't think enough people appreciate, like its elongated head resembling a crystal, and it in combination with its back spokes looking like a sun dial.
