Score Shield and Goal-Getter will help you do what I call "goalmaxxing", where you score as many goals as possible to boost your stats and snowball. Your third held item should be either Attack Weight or Sp. Atk Specs so you're getting offensive stats as well. I was like many of you here, I was stuck in Expert Hell getting brought down by shitters who stole all my goals and EXP and kills so I could never even get MVP, but once I invented goalmaxxing I went on a constant win streak all the way from Expert 1 to Master without a single loss.
