It's pretty hard to say who took the cake with the "hmphs", characters like Amelia funnily enough said "hmph" at the start of almost every sentence, Shiv came close I think, Baron as well started LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE SENTENCE WITH "Hmph", but he thankfully wasn't as present throughout the game as the foxy yakuza.

I got some of the basics down but it got really tiresome and I just gave up on it.
