Don't forget, as said in that video, Bulbapedo actually listed the page on Metronome to be how it worked in PS for 10 YEARS and more often than not, Showdown uses Bulbapedia and Serebii to factcheck the shit they add and up until yesterday, Bulbapedia always listed Metronome to do what Pokemon Showdown's metronome did.
