Give it an all around stat boost so it actually resembles a single stage mon and not a NFE mon.
Give it a unique ability that revolves around the main head and tail head where it can switch which one is dominant and its type changes accordingly (psychic for main, dark for rear).
Maybe give it some kind of gimmick with time based moves like future sight and wish, or make it a tricky fighter that relies on basically trolling the opponent, or go more into the baton pass gimmick. Hell, give it an evo or something, fuck. My best bro deserves some love.
