>>47572727I actually wouldn't mind a Pokemon game where the main focus was gyms and Pokemon league. Instead of being forced into a main storyline you could have optional stories by having several side quests in each town and area that give items, pokemon eggs, ect as rewards. Instead of being forced to face a legendary near the end, you can hear rumors by talking to NPC's in towns and can go off across the region to find the regions legendarys if you want. It would feel more organic that way I think
