Even when it isn't abusing game mechanics like there's no tomorrow, it's also a highly effective Dual Screen setter (which is actually relevant in Doubles/Triples, unlike full BP) or Ruse Roomer. Mr. Mime exists for the sole purpose of fucking you over for under-estimating it, and fucking you even harder if it turns out to be a diversion for something worse.
