Two games, paralel universes based on law vs. chaos theme. In one the region is controlled by selected few who rule through laws they have a complete control of. They abuse a legendary who can hypnotize and mind control the whole nation. Everything is seemingly peaceful, but with the overall atmosphere of oppression and there is no freedom of expression. People around towns and cities are cold and distanced. Propaganda and similar shit everywhere.
In the other game, the same few rule trough sole power and fear by using a legendary which can instill fear in the hearts of people. It's the survival of the fittest and everything is much less orderly and feels more anarchic than in the other game. People are much warmer, though,as they had to learn to trust each other in order to survive. They are still cautious when dealing with outsiders, such as PC.
In both games there is a resistance movement which the player joins and their goal is to overthrow the government by obtaining the opposite version mascot and bring balance to the region. No gyms, instead the player could retake different parts of the regions by defeating "bosses." Also police hour battles in law version and bandit ambushes in chaos if traveling at night.
The PC could still be a kid/teen and it could show various characters feeling sorry for them having to grow up in such a world.
