Whatever good points you had before are being tarnished by your stupidity now.
Raichu is fast because mice are relatively agile and he's electric, which has connotations with speed. More importantly, Raichu is DESIGNED around being fast, gameplay wise. His movepool, his stats spread, etc. His role is a speedy attacker. Regardless of what he is based off of, that's what his purpose is.
You may have a point with burmidail, I don't know, I try to stay out of stats, but you certainly do not with regards to raichu.
