Suddenly, these seemingly worthless points it got into Spa don't seem so bad. If I may remind people, Exploud only has 91 Spa, and Swellow has 75, and both tear the shit out of lower tiers.
That being said it probably has more to do than just that, doesnt have Scrappy, isn't even remotely fast, but it's interesting nonetheless. Specs might be a fun lure set to run, with Glare to punish anything you don't do good damage against with coverage (because Dunsparce has dumb good special coverage)
