first major boss fight is a gauntlet of archer and ariana, no healing between, thankfully they only use 4 pokemon a piece.
archer: definitely the more easy of the two. he starts with mamoswine as i start with wilma - with the correct combo of rain and drain punch, i end up beating it near full (usually it runs some gay ass endeavor + sash + ice shard set). mimikyu comes out as i surging strikes it for an OHKO. durant comes out, i send in britta, superpower and iron heads do nothing as i iron defense up, on the turn i go for body press he goes to houndoom (a mega, lol) and it dies, then i kill off the durant next turn.
ariana: she starts with honchkrow, wilma's still in front. i could live a drill peck, but it's an asshole scope lens + super luck bullshit set again and it gets a crit, killing my big frog ;(. will miss you fren.
i send in aria and sd as it tries to sucker punch, then nail it next turn with rock slide. out comes amoonguss, eq, one shot. out comes mawile, i know this is mega and has sucker punch too and another kills, so i go to adrian. one flamethrower and it's dead. and finally, hatterene, biggest threat here actually. i swap to reed and land a gyro ball as it trick rooms, i'm slower so i'm faster in trick room, it actually trick rooms again so it can be faster. reed has an occa berry but i don't want to risk mystical fire if i dont need to so i just swap to dest and aqua fang (donut steel water physical move because waterfall isn't in this game, weird) for the win.
they give houndoomite and mawilite on victory
