If we do go to Kanto, it would be a nice opportunity for this franchise to do what it really needs to do, which is to go back to basics. The gameplay is getting too cluttered, and a lot of mechanics introduced in RS are dead weight for the series.

I should be able to catch a Pokemon I like, at any point in the game, and use it as I like. I shouldn't have to fuck around with Synchronise Abra to get the right nature, then make sure I only use it against Pokemon that give the correct EVs, etc. and afterwards have to worry about bottlecap bullshit, etc.
If you fuckers want to go back to Genwun, we're going full Genwun.
