to be fair, I wouldn't be surprised if the reason that the lack of black characters in that (kinda dated now that I think about it, after the first playthrough and hindsight making me realize that more characters could fit into the literally who tier) tier list's higher tiers is because barely anyone fucking recognizes the black characters in question due to sheer irrelevance
