>Moves
Stealth Rock is an invaluable move, as it allows Landorus-T to take advantage of the switches it forces and put even more pressure onto the opposing team. Fly is used alongside Flyinium Z to break through common switch-ins to Landorus-T such as Tangrowth and Tapu Bulu and functions well as an all-purpose nuke versus bulky neutral targets. Alternatively, Stone Edge can be used alongside Rockium Z to punish Flying-types that resist Fly such as Celesteela and Zapdos. It also provides Landorus-T with virtually perfect neutral coverage, notably hitting Tornadus-T and Mega Charizard Y hard without needing to use up its Z-Move.
>Set Details
Maximum Speed investment allows Landorus-T to outrun Pokemon like Naughty Kyurem-B and Gyarados, thus preventing them from revenge killing it easily. Flyinium Z is needed when running Fly in order to circumvent Fly's charge turn and give it a significant damage boost. Meanwhile, Rockium Z allows it to knock out Celesteela after a Swords Dance boost with some prior damage and heavily dent neutral targets such as opposing Landorus-T.
