It wasn't even in the Switch games for 5 years until the Blueberry Academy DLC. Meanwhile, Typhlosion was available in both BDSP, LA and base SV. But I'm suppose to believe that Tepig is a shillmon because it's now in ZA and that they wanted to promote all three starters in Gen 5's heyday, as they normally should? Insanity.
