All you'd ever need is the Pokemon's name and maybe the knowledge of whether or not you want to see something that's NSFW to help filter out the other stuff. Since tagging isn't mandatory on either website however, you're pretty much SOL if they didn't bother providing any search tags unless you already followed them, stumbled across their Pixiv account from another website like Twitter or made use of the "similar things people liked" mechanic, which can help, but still isn't perfect.
