>>52777623it's honestly a shame because I was never into the pokemon games. even played supposedly the best pokemon game ever made (Platinum) and it was mediocre at best. With that said, I've recently been recommended a bunch of shit on youtube about competitive pokemon and it seems genuinely interesting and I wanted to try getting into pokemon but man the games just look dogshit now. That arceus game actually looked really cool and it seemed like they were finally gonna fix the games but even then the performance was bad and it lacked content based on reviews I've seen. Then with scarlet and violet they take away everything that was cool about arceus and make the game run even worse.
I just don't see why I should give a fuck about pokemon anymore. Only reason I'm even on this board is because I've been binging those comp pokemon videos
