in the case of Woo, it's a ghost ice yeti thing. Granted Jynx isn't part ghost, but you see what they were obviously going for. It did have a psychic connection with the girl in the village though. It would be cool to see a ghost Jynx form, but I suspect we're never gonna see her in the spotlight again.
