Jets usually have the part before the propeller of a completely different color, and Garchomp being an animal of course got that part with a "wild" design instead of "rotund".
Not like random shit on Pokemon is always bad, Venusaur completely drops the random spots from their previous evos but they didn't look bad. Pikachu doesn't need those brown lines but it helps break the monotony of the yellow. Or Kadabra in its entirety.
