>>47895740It's not like that. It's fiction and the writers and animators are clearly trying to portray Pokemon in a certain way. Even with your Blaziken screencap it doesn't subtract from things like the OP. Hell, we see cartoon dogs do it all the time, they can eat like people or they can also eat like dogs depending on what they want to do. The fact is we see Pokemon eating that way, and it doesn't matter which ones at that, shows that they're trying to convey a message here and it's the use of scenes like the OP that they use to express that message.
So again it's *not* that they want to eat like that because it's fantasy. It's like that because the creators of this franchise want us to think of Pokemon in a certain way. It doesn't matter if it's the screencap in the OP or the one with Mr. Mime, both are trying to convey the same message.
