This shone Altaria I bred awhile back is 31/0/27/31/31/31. Better than I expected. I knew either the defense or Special Attack was 27 but couldn't think which.
Had I known about Pixelate and these move tutors I would have gone with a bulky physical attacker maybe instead of a Calm nature. But I can get Hyper Voice on this thing now I suppose. I wonder what other new toys my Pokémon can get.
