I think:
Vigilance > Fast Track 2 / Stoic 2 > Critical Strike 2
She would be your second team target usually or first, when the first one faints the enemy is usually already spamming strong post EX attacks so even those extra defensive buffs from Stoic 2 and Charm debuffs will still be 2-3HKO on it, she only has to leech 1 or 2 turns and not getting crit'd in my opinion. Or adding extra shared team Speed with Fast Track 2 while she soams debuffs.
