HP/Atk if you want a bulky set-up scrafty with shed skin or intimidate.
Atk/Spe if you want a dragon dancing moxie one.
Adamant is the best for both, but if you want to make sure n1 is bulky enough, you can go for careful, and jolly doe help the second one given its abysmal speed.
N1: HJK, bulk up, rest, knock off if you're going shed skin, sleep talk if you're going intimidate, just be careful since you'd get walled by ghost types.
N2: HJK, Knock off/Crunch, iron head, dragon dance.
