I have one of my sadder deaths so far. I completely forgot about Barry challenging you the moment you leave Hearthome, so I had switched out my bulkiest mons like Scrubby and Boulrini in favor of grinding up some of my mons who are lagging in level. While I was unprepared I was sorta lucky- Cranidos lead against Staravia was an easy win, and most of his mons posed little threat overall- except his Level 27 Monferno. I sent in iStarly to intimidate it, but between taking a hefty bit of damage anyway, and getting burned, I had to switch out again. So I send in Eleanor to use Charm. Barry's Monferno is more or less neutered by this point, so I use the next turn to use a Burn Heal on iStarly- and then Monferno scores a critical hit, killing one of the most helpful members of my team thus far. iStarly cleans up Monferno and Roselia, but Eleanor will be missed.
