1. Several pokemon have talents that could be considered magical. Mismagius is the only pokemon known to actually practice magic.
4. I've always been fond of the otherworldly nature of Ghost type pokemon, and Mismagius just seems to embody everything I love about them. She's whispy and fey, graceful and magical. The perfect Ghost type pokemon.
2. "Please, O spirit of the forest, hear me! Grant me a request. I wish to harness the power of Pokemon!" And from the blackness rose a specter, its cloak and cap as dark as night. "Why? For power, of course!" At that, the witch went to her work. Chant and mutter, spell and channel. Was there ever a human there at all? Only a Froakie and a Mismagius as far as I can see.
