Decent movepool, though the stats are a letdown. 95 in everything just makes it a 'jack of all trades, master of none' kinda pokemon. I personally think it'll be low OU. Most of the talk I've heard about is using it to spread status and afflict the enemy team using Thunder Wave/Toxic/Parting Shot.
