Just seems like a geek dude that makes playthroughs (some pokemon based) most of the time and throws some random shit from time to time. First time I hear about him. He seems like he might have only a few watching over him thus the little views and doesn't seem to mind that much or else, he would have stopped giving a shit long ago.
Whether he's saying the truth, dunno, you might as well say he could have been telling the truth but the guy he's mentioning could have merely been pulling his leg. But he seems like he puts all his trust on him, so dunno about that. He doesn't really have much to lose from here either and he seemed legitimately excited. Dialogue didn't feel all that planned either.
