Though the original is something alright. If this card was an actual reverse oak it would have allowed mill atleast, but its just a shitpost in its current state.

They probably just decided it didn't really fit the archetype they wanted Oak and the earlier professors to fall under. Or didn't like any of the scenarios they came up with for whatever reason.
