It would be a deep water spider crab, mainly dark coloring but its claws and crown would be bright to create the image of a Rayquaza-like dragon from a distance and keep attention away from its actual head. Would be maybe Dark/Water or Ghost/Water with Dragon's Maw and Strong Jaw as its abilities to give the illusion a thematic boost.
