Instead of pokestops or gyms where they can be used just by being in the general area, Pokemon Centers will require you to be in the actual building to use.
This is where things like Pokemon Go Japan's deal with Mcdonalds is going to come into play. Obviously you can't have players casually walking into strange buildings or random peoples homes, so having pokemon centers randomized/implimented like Pokestops is a big no-no. I think they are going to restrict the centers to businesses and locations that are affiliated directly or sponsor Pokemon Go.
Thoughts? This is the best way to implement them I could come up with to keep them both practical and interesting instead of just having a new type of Pokestop.
