Also EV and IV investment would be increased too so inflate those numbers even more compared to the base stats.
The most they could do is mess with the Speed and like, physical attack or something, to make them more threatening that way sorta like X2, since you know Levitate isn't going anywhere.
Or make Soul Dew the Mega Stone like some suggested.
