I'll start: Even though I think SwSh is an incredibly lackluster game, there's one thing I think it absolutely nailed. Without taking into account the wild battle theme and the normal trainer theme which kinda suck ass, I absolutely LOVE its OST. The towns' themes are relaxing and nice, the battle themes against story NPCs are all bangers, specially Bede's, how the gym is completely silent and then focuses on the gym leader while the song begins is amazing and hype as well. This is probably my second favorite OST out of all the games so far.
