>the climax would involve scaling Mt Pyre without being noticed to grab the Blue Orb, which then immediately alerts Groudon and you have to climb back down while being constantly attacked
>afterwards, you venture into the former ocean (which is now a canyon of ravines and caves) to find the chamber where Kygore is sealed away
>reuiniting it with the blue orb awakens Primal Kyogre and summons the rain directly above Sootopolis, filling the crater with water again and sapping Groudon's strength until it's back to normal size
>now trapped within the crater and surrounded by water, you can finally go in and defeat it/capture it, saving the region
>obligatory delta postgame with Rayquaza, but this time the meteor hits the region and it's a fake-out: instead of a giant region-destroying Deoxys meteor, it's a tiny comet with a Jirachi which you can catch if you track it down
