Is there a rom hack y'all'd recommend with the most extensive roster (preferably all the official pokemon) and the ability to customize your starting team/box. I loved playing through the games as a kid but always wished there was a way to play through the entire game with my favorites, instead of waiting till near the end to acquire them.
I've never played any roms either, so any will do where I'm able to customize my starting team with any of these non-legendaries
