She's based very heavily on the Beauty sprite from BW2, of which December is the only one to appear outside of Elesa's Gym (but only in Winter if you're a male). But I did a few things to make her stand out and show the passage of time. The pantsuit, for example, I think fits pretty well for a spy going on James Bond escapades, while the lightning bolt motif reminds us that this is indeed a modern Pokemon character.
